Designs are created and fully modeled using the latest AutoDesk (3D) Inventor software using standard modeling colors.  Photorealistic renderings are available at additional cost.

PRODUCT COSTING AND PRODUCTION ESTIMATES
I can provide a complete and detailed manufacturing estimate including:

  • Prototype costing, rollout costing and full-up production costing

  • Production flow analysis and method time measurement estimates and studies
  • DFx analysis
    • The "Design for" method (DFx) is an approach applying heuristic metrics to quantify and analyze the benefits of various design and manufacturing approaches. 
    • Our service provides "design for manufacturability" or "design for assembly" and other “design for” technologies in conjunction with concurrent engineering methods.
  • I have provided manufacturing engineering support in many disciplines and bring to your project much more in depth knowledge of these processes than most other design engineering firms.
    • CAM software such as MasterCam or MoldFlow may be used to optimize designs and bring projects from concept to production in the shortest possible time with minimum changes and processing headaches.
